The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) held public hearings June 27 to 29 on the upcoming negotiations of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

The public hearings follow USTR’s 90-day notification to Congress on May 18, 2017 regarding intent to renegotiate NAFTA as well as USTR’s Federal Register notice published May 23, 2017 requesting public comment.

The third panel included comments from representatives of the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, the Florida Tomato Growers Exchange, the Produce Marketing Association, and the Florida Strawberry Growers Association.
