Seattle, WA – ReachBio Research Labs has signed an agreement with Funakoshi Co. Ltd. giving the Japanese company non-exclusive distribution rights to ReachBio’s human primary cell product line for the life science research market within Japan.

Under a companion agreement, Funakoshi will also promote ReachBio’s specialized contract research services to Japanese drug development companies.

ReachBio Research Labs provides research products and contract services for applications in basic life science research, drug research & development and toxicology.

The company’s specialized contract research services utilize human primary cells, particularly hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, invitro assays that are highly predictive of drug efficacy and hemotoxicity.

Funakoshi Co. Ltd. is based in Tokyo, Japan and is a local distributor of high quality life science research tools and reagents.
