Neovia Logistics Awarded Five-Year Contract with Automotive Manufacturer
Neovia Logistics has entered into a five-year agreement with BMW of North America to provide labor services for the automaker’s regional parts distribution centers in Stockton, California, and Minooka, Illinois.
Beginning on January 1, 2016, Neovia commenced working with the company’s aftermarket parts and dealer services business segment.
Neovia has extensive experience supporting clients in the automotive industry, and has a strong track record for delivering successful implementations and operational excellence.
“Neovia is excited to be awarded this contract and to work with a world-class company like BMW,” said Steve Larson, interim CEO and member of the executive board. “We intend to deliver exceptional services to BMW, leveraging our in depth industry knowledge and expertise.”
Neovia was founded as Caterpillar Logistics in 1987 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., and spun out from Caterpillar in 2012 to become a stand-alone contract logistics provider.
