Advanced Automation and Job Creation
The new center will create 120 jobs, supported by an advanced ‘goods-to-person’ system. Over 30 autonomous robots will manage storage, retrieval, and transportation of containers, delivering items directly to employees at picking stations. Equipped with sensors, cameras, and algorithms, these robots operate in three dimensions and navigate dynamic environments, recognizing and avoiding obstacles independently.

The facility will stock and dispatch over 100,000 different spare parts components for light and compact equipment. Its sophisticated equipment and processes enable flexible expansion to meet future growth in spare parts distribution.
Strategic Partnership and Future-Ready Services
“Kuehne+Nagel and Wacker Neuson represent two iconic brands with a combined history of over 300 years,” said Gianfranco Sgro, Executive Vice President of Contract Logistics and Integrated Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel International AG. “We have accepted our customer’s strategic challenge for the coming years and established a foundation for tailored after-market services to enhance market penetration.”
