FarEye, a growing SaaS-based management platform designed to streamline logistics operations, has engaged in a new partnership with DHL eCommerce, a division of the global Deutsche Post DHL Group.

FarEye’s platform has been integrated in DHL ecommerce’s existing system and is now being used for operations in the United States, as well as Chile, Vietnam, and Thailand. It is the first time FarEye is being used in the US.

FarEye’s business process management (BPM) tools are housed in an intuitive web interface, instantly communicating with both operations and business stakeholders simultaneously. The platform’s seamless and easy implementation allows for easy collaboration between business processes, as the solution reduces response time for company’s logistics needs, while keeping an organization flexible, nimble and agile. FarEye has helped enterprises execute approximately one million transactions per day, increasing their first-time attempts by 25 percent, reducing the fuel expenses by 28 percent and increasing their customer visits by 66 percent. FarEye has been empowering the logistics wings of companies such as Walmart India, Amway India, Hitachi and over 75 large organizations across 15 countries globally.

“With ecommerce growing at such a rapid pace we see a fantastic opportunity for high quality solutions that will offer a great customer experience and more choice, convenience and control for online shoppers,” said Charles Brewer, CEO of DHL eCommerce. “FarEye’s platform is scalable, future-oriented and flexible. With FarEye we can deliver delight by having complete visibility of the logistics movement and keeping customer informed at every step in real-time.”

“FarEye is an indispensable support system for brands whose focus is enhanced customer experience and complete visibility of their logistics,” said Kushal Nahata, co-founder and CEO of FarEye. “Our association with DHL eCommerce has been extremely gratifying as we were competing against giants. FarEye is an enterprise grade technology platform and this win is a testimony to our platform’s capability and defined processes.”

FarEye has proved to be a partner of choice for DHL eCommerce by optimizing their resources, enhancing their customers’ experience with real-time alerts and smart analytics and making parcel shops more efficient with complete visibility.
