The company is offering part-time and full-time opportunities for material handlers, equipment operators, and other warehouse and distribution roles across 11 campuses. Seasonal employees will receive competitive wages along with peak premium pay, referral bonuses, and financial flexibility through an on-demand payment program that allows access to up to 50% of earned wages before payday. Flexible scheduling options, including weekend work and multiple daily shifts, are also available.
To streamline applications, candidates can use GEODIS’ virtual recruiting assistant, Sophie, which guides applicants through the process, answers common questions, and connects them with recruiters for next steps.
“The trust our customers place in us is never more critical than during peak season,” said Anthony Jordan, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for GEODIS in the Americas. “By expanding our workforce by more than 4,600 seasonal employees, we can ensure we’re prepared to deliver when demand is at its highest.”
GEODIS emphasizes safety and employee engagement in its facilities, which are equipped with advanced technology to support operations. Seasonal workers receive paid, hands-on training with a strong focus on safety, ensuring they are confident and prepared from day one.
Jordan added, “We are committed to creating a culture where teammates feel supported and valued. Seasonal hiring is not only about meeting peak demand but also about welcoming new talent—whether they join us temporarily for holiday earnings or choose to build a long-term career with GEODIS.”
