Forbes Recognizes Transplace for Best Employers in Arkansas
Forbes released its list of companies earning a spot for America’s Best Employers by State this month. It doesn’t come as a huge surprise that Transplace – a provider of transportation management systems and active player in the logistics sector, earned the spot for Arkansas as number 12 on the list.
“We are honored Transplace is recognized as a Forbes top employer in Arkansas. We remain committed to a culture of innovation and inclusion and those values have resulted in an employee base of which we are extremely proud. We continue to expand our presence in Arkansas and are investing in state-of-the-art facilities to help us attract and maintain top talent. Transplace employees are passionate about providing supply chain technology and services and we share a deep commitment to serving our customers and each other.”
Transplace boasts 12 years of operations in the Arkansas market showing no signs of slowing down investing in the region. The company released information earlier this year confirming a new operations center is underway in Rogers, Arkansas to further efforts in growth and meeting increased customer demand while adding hundreds of employees over time.
Companies selected for the Forbes list were vetted through an anonymous survey sample containing more than 80,000 employees from companies with an employee population of 500 or more willing to recommend their employers to friends and family.
“Our employees have helped make Transplace a leader in the transportation and logistics industry,” said Leigh Robinson, chief human resource officer, Transplace. “We remain focused on building learning and development programs to help our employees grow and achieve their personal best.”
