CargoAi’s CargoMart Now Accessible via AI Platforms Including ChatCGP, Copilot, and Claude
CargoAi’s air cargo booking platform CargoMart has become accessible through AI platforms, including ChatCGP, Copilot, and Claude, according to a company announcement. The move responds to evolving customer behavior, as reported by aircargonews.net.
The air cargo technology firm stated that its booking platform is now available on any platform that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Users can search, compare, create shipments, book, and track cargo using these AI tools, the company explained.
CargoMart noted that it integrated its offering into AI platforms after observing a rapid shift in how forwarders and airline customers approach daily operations. The company said the center of activity has increasingly moved from core transport management and cargo management systems toward AI interfaces.
Matt Petot, founder and chief executive of CargoAi, commented that as AI adoption accelerates across the industry, teams are seeking flexible ways to build their own workflows using tools they already use. He added that the company has been deploying AI in production for years and is now opening that intelligence to every AI platform to make air cargo operations faster, simpler, and more efficient.
François-Xavier Gsell, chief technology officer of CargoAi, indicated that AI is quickly becoming the standard interface for interacting with systems and data. By making CargoMart data and capabilities natively accessible through MCP, the company enables teams to integrate air cargo intelligence into existing workflows and build their own intelligent automations, he said.
CargoAi has been adding AI features to its platforms in recent years. In January, the company launched a new module that uses AI to anticipate operational risks and shipment delays. Last year, CargoAi added an AI assistant to handle common customer queries, aiming to reduce email back-and-forth and speed up the booking process.
