Forbes released its list of companies earning a spot for America’s Best Employers by State this month. It doesn’t come as a huge surprise that Transplace – a provider of transportation management systems and active player in the logistics sector, earned the spot for Arkansas as number 12 on the list.

Transplace boasts 12 years of operations in the Arkansas market showing no signs of slowing down investing in the region. The company released information earlier this year confirming a new operations center is underway in Rogers, Arkansas to further efforts in growth and meeting increased customer demand while adding hundreds of employees over time.

Companies selected for the Forbes list were vetted through an anonymous survey sample containing more than 80,000 employees from companies with an employee population of 500 or more willing to recommend their employers to friends and family.
