New Wen-Parker warehouse opens in Columbus

Wen-Parker Logistics (WPL), a global freight forwarder and supply chain solutions leader, has announced the opening of a new warehouse facility in Columbus, Ohio.

The new Columbus facility, located at 6967 Alum Creek Drive, will provide distinct advantages for WPL’s business partners that include: access to over 44,000 square feet of warehouse space, 24-hour video surveillance, nine dock doors and one overhead ramp.  The Alum Creek location is right across the street from Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK) and has easy access to all major highways (I-270, I-70, and I-71) and Terminal/Container Yards.

“We are excited about our continued growth and expansion within the Columbus, Ohio, area” said Karla Hatley, president of Wen-Parker Logistics.

The new warehouse that opened on August 1 is six and a half miles from Wen-Parker’s Groveport office.  The Columbus warehouse will be staffed with Wen-Parker dedicated logistics specialists.

 “This location will allow us to provide more optimal services to our dedicated business partners while attracting new ones” says Brady Borycki, Wen-Parker Logistics’ Vice-President of Global Business Development.
